Spiritual woman, that would be me. Optimistic most of the time. I care about others and I am always looking for a way to stay healthy. So far Taekwondo is the main exercise about 4 to 5 times a week. I take Usana supplements and if you haven't heard of them ask me. Studies show they are the easiest and most absorbable supplement out there!! No kidding!! I am in love with my grandbabies. I am a practicing Reiki Master (ask me about that too) and Holistic Health Practitioner. Ask me anything!

Favorite Animals
I love all animals including snakes. Ultimately my favs are cats big and small. Ever animal I have ever had as an adult has been a rescue, usually off the street. That would be cats and dogs...I would like to have another dog too.
