Like many retirees, I now find few spare hours.

I grew up in Pennsylvania and lived and worked in Philadelphia after getting married.  Our four children are on their own now. 

We later lived and worked in the U.S.Territory of Guam, Tokyo and Manila in the Philippines.  I spent the last three years of my career in New York.

For years we had a home to come to in Tahoe City, California. 

Since retiring we live most of the time in Hilton Head, South Carolina, but still return to Tahoe City for the winter to ski...as long as the knees hold out.

Still play lots of tennis and golf.

Activities
Tennis, golf, snow skiing, sailing. Gardening and tinkering around the house. Writing short stories and essays. Playing with and training our dog, "Drover".

If the music is of good quality, I like most kinds. I go with the individual artist....among my favorites - Sarah Brightman, James Taylor, Jimmy Buffet, Luciano Pavarotti, Bob Dylan and others.

Shawshank Redemption, The Natural, The Godfather Trilogy, Goodfellas, Wizard of Oz, Forrest Gump and others
Favorite Books
"Pillars of the Earth" and "World without End" come to mind, both by Ken Follett. Once again, I go with writers...among them besides Follett I like Steven King, James Michener
