I'm a retired Tool maker, and have been shooting and handling weapons since i was a kid. My grandfather was an avid hunter and target shooter, and my father was a big time hunter and fishing enthousiest. I load my own ammo, and do most of my own repair work. My Blackhawk is my favorite. I have added Elk Horn Grips, and love the versatility of calibers, if the kids want to shoot I can use the .38 special, or if i need the power I have the .357 mag hollow points.  The gitrlfriend likes shooting with the 9mm loads. My Rugar 9mm P89dc has had packmire grips added, and a lazer sight, also added a stronger recoil spring.

I'm currently living in the dsesert, so I keep the Blackhawk loaded with snake rounds, and  every other cylinder is a .357 hollowpoint.

I'm currently training my Dog Angel as an Assistance dog, for future use, and she is really doing great. She's Half Coyote, and half Lab., and extreamly smart. She is 13 months now and already brings me my shoes, and her leash when she wants to go out. She's the best watch dog i've ever had. She's already stopped three burgluries, and put two in jail. and to thik she was evicted after doing that. That's gratitude for you..
