I was born and raised in New England , in the Berkshire Mountains. I have been a professional cook for over 30 years. I relocated to the State of Florida in the mid 80's because my Mom was slipping away from Breast Cancer. I made South Florida "my home" and in 1991, my first and only child was born. I live my life each day to the fullest and my teenage son Ronald is my single-most greatest accomplishment.
