There's so much beauty to see in the United States, that all of my traveling has been done inside our own country. Some of my favorite places to go (in random order are) San Francisco, Las Vegas, Branson, St. Louis, Memphis, Boise, Salt Lake City, and of course, Jackson Hole Wyoming.
I am a food service director at a school for behaviorally disturbed students. I have worked there for over 26 years and I still love it. I guess I would like to think that I make some small difference in their lifes. Most of my life has been spent working with kids, either at work or as a foster parent or volunteering in youth programs.
I have two wonderful sons and 5 beautiful grandchildren.
I love to travel, yet I am just as happy cooped up in my home. My hobbies include scrapbooking, photography,surfing the net, cooking and working in my home and yard.
I hate the thought of retiring, and am not much of a risk taker. I know a lot of people that are happy retired, but I also know some that wish they were still working. I am pretty much satisfied with life as it is, although I still would like to meet that someone special to share it with.
