I'm Carolyn, from Central NJ, birthday is 7/7/1952 & I was married to a great guy for over 21 years who I lost on 6/7/09.  I miss him greatly.  We have a son 34 & daughter 30, 1 granddaughter, & 2 grandsons all living in Florida.  They are from my husbands first marriage & are very supportive now.  Still, everything seems so empty & confusing.  

I have lived in NJ all my life.  I volunteer at the Barron Arts Center, enjoy swimming, music, concerts, & the outdoors. I collect Betty Boop things. I'm an Office Manager for a Home Health Agency in Metuchen, NJ & love it. I also maintain my CHHA license (certified home health aide) in order to provide care to a client if needed, I always loved helping people. Before coming into the health care field, I had worked over 30 yrs. in office positions including 5 yrs. at Western Electric in Newark, NJ & over 17 years at DuPont in Parlin, NJ.

My motto is 'Cherish your loved ones while they are with you'!  My beloved husband Joe is gone, & my heart aches.  In addition to losing my husband, I've since lost 2 of our 4 cats who we both loved & now my hubby is joined by Missy & Squeaky.  I just lost Squeaky last evening & feel like crawling in a cave. It's silly to some, but we were ALL family. I was very blessed to be introduced to 'Calvary Chapel of Old Bridge, NJ' & have been attending church there weekly.  It is helping me to learn to cope.

 

Enjoy walking, going down the shore & walking the boardwalks, daytrips to places like Flemington, Allaire Historical Park, and more.
