Lived in Denver, CO, Winchester, KY and FL. I've been to most of the 50 states, most recently added NM to the list. Taiwan, Ireland, England, Paris by way of the Chunnel, the Bahamas, Canada, Mexico, Russia and Prague, CZ.

I’m a shy, quiet person, preferring to observe before joining in. I guess that’s evident by how long it took for me to add this portion of my profile. I am less shy than when I was much younger, probably because we moved around a lot in the early years of our marriage. I never expected to spend half of my life in FL. Like every place, there are plusses and minuses.

 

I’m still kind of quiet except when I’m at a hockey game. I spend a lot of time alone now days. My kids live out of state. My husband is often away. I travel alone or with friends as often as I travel with him. He likes Vegas. I don’t.    

 

Once I get to know you I am a loyal friend. I’ve been told I am too forgiving. I am passionate about many things including my family, friends, travel and appreciating every day of my life. 

   

 I’ve been checking things off my bucket list, such as finally attending Pops Goes the 4^th! in Boston this year. In the past year I’ve visited places I never dreamed of visiting, like Russia, Prague and Santa Fe, NM. If the opportunity arises, I say go for it!.
