I am 57 years old, and live in a small town in Nebraska. I am no longer married and have two grown sons. My oldest son is single and has 2 lovely black labs, and my youngest son is married and has 3 of the most wonderful, lively, and intelligent children ever created! You can tell I am a grandparent?? I share a house with my mother, who was 91 last week. He health has declined the past 5 years, and recently I have become her primary caretaker. I am currently a secretary at a Veterans Home, a job I truly love, and am proud to be a part of. Prior to my current job, I was a bookkeeper in a floor covering store, and before that, I was a 911 telecommunicator since 1980.

Favorite Movies
An Affair to Remember is my all time favorite! I also like Sci Fi shows--the ones with suspense, not gore!
Favorite TV Shows
I like the CSI series and some other crime-type shows. Love the comedic writing on the classics like Frazier and Golden Girls. I don't watch reality shows, we get enough of that every day!

I am a passionate music lover! I love classical, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, Western, but haven't learned to love hip hop and rap

I read mostly fiction, my favorites would be the books by Robert Ludlum.

Favorite Places
I don't have a favorite place. I feel most at peace walking in a park on an autumn afternoon. Although I have never been to Alaska, I think it may be a place that could become a favorite!
