More about me

I was raised in St. Louis and Chicago.  When our chidren were small we moved to a small town in Missouri because we felt that would be a great place for our kids to grow up.  They had a great combination of City and Country life.  We have never regreated the decision.  I love small town life.  I still enjoy going to the grocery store and running into tons of people I know.

I taught for 27 years and retired in May '06.  I miss my coworkers and the kids but I am just loving the freedom of retirement. 

 Love reading, traveling, scrapbooking and spending time with friends and family, especially the grandkids.
