Thanks for stopping by!  What can I tell you about me?  Well, I'm a (self-proclaimed ;))successful businesswoman, entrepreneur. Love what I do.

Completely dedicated to the 50 plus demographic and in particular the job/career challenges we are facing.  I started Gen Plus and my blog (http://genplus.blogspot.com, which has developed its own loyal readership) back in 2005.   The needs of the Boomer and 50 plus jobseeker continue to encourage me to reach for a high profile, speak out on issues affecting Boomers and 50 plussers, and try to evoke change through the power of the written word.  Over the past few years, we've (and Gen Plus, as well) caught the attention of the media, due to the sheer numbers of Boomers and 50 plussers who make up a great number with a booming voice...more than 78 million strong.
