Places I've been
Spent a bit of time in the following towns. St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Armonk, South Salem and Buffalo NY and lastly Dallas TX. Now I'm back in Erie, PA. Be it ever so humble... Favorite vacation town is Ocean City, MD. It is a wonderfully tacky seaside town. The boardwalk is incredible and the natives are very friendly. A great family place. I owned a boutique lumber and millwork supply company for many years, but now am taking it easy. Well, easier......

Talk about contradictions!

Also a small town guy who is comfortable in a big city.  Actually, NYC, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Buffalo, Miami and Minneapolis are some of my favorite places!

A wicked dry sense of humor has gotten me into trouble on occasions.  Serious about many things except myself.

What more do I need?  We'll talk about that later....

Activities
The internet, world wide web and usenet are wonderful places to learn and communicate. You can learn about paranormal, UFOs and crop circles. I also enjoy the internet libraries, where you can download books of interest. Many are free.
Favorite Charities
City Mission. City Missions have helped many who are in desparate situations. Second Harvest Food Bank because no one should go hungry. Habitat For Humanity is also another great charity. which promotes homeownership for those who may not be able to afford a home of their own.
Favorite Music
Classic Rock, Classical, Big Band, World Music as well as Jazz, the Blues. and Polkas :-)
Favorite TV Shows
Old shows like Night Court, I Love Lucy and many others. I haven't been watching too much TV lately, so this is category will certainly be updated later.
Favorite Movies
So many... Young Frankenstein, Defending Your Life, Mars Attacks, Stranger Than Fiction...I truly need to get out to the movies again! Sadly there are no movie theaters within the City of Erie. I've gotta' work on that!
Favorite Books
Most any Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Douglas Adams and of course, Terry Pratchett book. Right now I'm reading "Chronic City" by Jonathan Lethem.

Alfed E. Newman, Eric Clapton... Too many good people to choose. Every person I have met has had their good qualities. Even the most dull have had their own stories to tell.

Ocean City, MD is a wonderfully tacky seaside town. There is no other place like it any where else! Ft Lauderdale, FL, the Grand Canyon, Manhatten, Cony Island NY, Santa Cruz, CA, John Muir Woods, Ca and too many more places to list right now.
