Hola,

I am a right-brained creative artist and very happy with life right now. I share my home with 2 canine companions both of whom are rescue dogs. 

I was forced into early retirement (ceramics/art teacher:college level) when a drunk driver hit me head-on in 2005. I'm mostly recovered but left with a few problems which make working full time impossible. Now I'm a full time studio clay artist.  

I teach pottery making in a community education setting and will never give this up. I meet many new friends this way. Anyone can be successful in clay....just takes practice and enthusiasm.

Ole Miss University, my alma mater, won the Cotton Bowl this year.....YEA TEAM......Hotty Toddy!!!

A big move from North to deep South is in the works for me this coming summer and I'm not looking forward to that!

  

Activities
making art, watching NASCAR which includes occasional screaming at the tv, dogwalking, bear watching!(lots of it where I live) I also do volunteer transport and home visits for 2 dog rescue groups.

fiction: chick stuff: Janet Evanovich, Sophie Kinsella are current favorites.I'm always reading! Other interests are Medieval era history, prehistoric cave art, anything on pottery - historic and modern. I am also absolutely addicted to audiobooks.
