Hooking up - generic term used to describe getting intimate with someone else. This can mean anything from kissing to sexual intercourse.
Cheating - being intimate with someone else while in a relationship. Similar to an affair.
Playa - a guy who is popular with women.
Beirut / Beer pong - popular drinking game that involves players from two teams tossing or bouncing ping-pong balls into cups full of beer.
Wasted / Trashed / Hammered - state of extreme intoxication.
Stoners - people who frequently use pot and/or other drugs.
Bulimia - an eating disorder characterized by routine overeating (binge eating) then forced regurgitation (purging) to prevent weight gain. The person may also use diuretics, laxatives, or excessive exercise as a way of preventing weight gain.
Anorexia - eating disorder characterized by low body weight and distorted body image. Individuals commonly starve their bodies of required nutritional intake or exercise excessively to remain at a dangerously low body weight.
Cutting - mental disorder that causes individuals to inflict self-harm in order to relieve unbearable emotions.
Plan B - type of emergency contraceptive taken orally after sexual intercourse has occurred. It is most commonly prescribed for rape and sexual assault victims. Legislation in process to make the drug more readily accessible is the topic of much debate.
