I want grandchildren. 2020
Again, who knows when this will happen?
-
I hope to see my children happily married. 2015
Who knows when?
-
My children will graduate from college. January 2012 -
I don't know when this will happen either, but they will both finish their bachelor's degrees in the future. My daughter will go to law school and my son will complete pilot training after they earn their bachelor's degrees.

I'd like to remarry. 2010
This date is also undetermined so I just stuck one in there where it would show up on my timeline. I don't believe God intended us to live solitary lives and I truly don't wish to spend the rest of my life alone.
-
I hope to teach again. 2009
I hope to recover from MDD and PTSD and return to the classroom. I put 2009 as the date for this; however, it's really impossible to know when the date may be.

I moved to Pittsburg, KS. October 2006
I was offered HUD Section 8 housing in Pittsburg, so I moved there into a small, cozy house.

Left Tulsa for Kansas City. March 2006 -
After depleting my retirement savings and moving into my car with two dogs and a cat, my best friend, Ken, wired me $50 to drive to Johnson County, Kansas (a suburban area on the Kansas side of Kansas City, MO) and stay with him till I could get back on my feet.
-
I left NEO A and M. May 2005 -
Due to illness I left my position at NEO A&M to pursue disability. I cashed in my Oklahoma teacher retirement funds and moved back to Tulsa where I finally reconnected with my children.
-
I moved to Miami, OK . August 2002 -
I was recruited by Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Miami, OK to become their Publications Adviser, a position I qualified for because of the same position I'd held at BAHS. I lived in a beautiful three bedroom house behind a large ranch. Horses grazed at my backyard fence everyday. It was a wonderful existance other than missing my kids terribly.

Alan took custody of my children. June 20, 2001 -
With the help of two high-dollar and extremely nasty attorneys, Alan took custody of my children on the day before Kylie's 12th birthday. Although I was awarded visitation, he refused to let me see my kids for four years. This was the greatest heartbreak of my life. I became horribly depressed, from which I eventually developed Major Depressive Disorder.

The divorce was final. April 20, 2001 -
The long, contemptuous divorce finally came to an end. I got the kids, the house, my car, most of the house's contents and his 401K.
-
I became a Publications Adviser. August 2000
After completing my one year contract with Bixby Public Schools, I took a position with the largest high school in Oklahoma, Broken Arrow, as the Senior High Publications Coordinator, a postion I qualified for by having been a member of my high school and college publications. I taught journalism, photography and advised the student staffs of the newspaper and yearbook.
