End of a long move, beginning before Christmas in the Philippines, stopping in WA for a 30-day leave with the families, ending here in a small rented house behind the elementary school where my kids will spend the last half of the school year. Husband moves out one month after we arrive, to barracks on the base. Despite earlier promises, he is not trying to salvage the marriage, he is trying to force through a divorce as fast as he can. Not a good time in my life, but I am making progress, getting my driver's license again, trying to go back to school, have lined up a babysitter right next door.
