My Deli Bean Salad

I often double the recipe because we eat it up so quickly!
Ingredients
1 can drained and washed black beans
1 can drained and washed small white beans
1/2 of a cucumber, diced
1/2 of a red pepper, diced
Directions
Mix together in a medium bowl, preferably glass so the colors can be seen. Use just enough olive oil to lightly coat the ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. This is also very good with garbanzo beans or grape tomatoes added.
