I know a lot of us have read this many times before... but do we understand...! We need to "regroup" as Christians.. God calls upon our hearts everyday..to turn to Him for everything.. there are some of us who will not read the newspaper or listen to the news! I believe these things have been going on since the begining of time.. the difference is ..."media"... more coverage.. more saddness..
About a year or so ago.. my husband & I were listening to the radio.. news.. a man had taken his own life because he couldn't take the stress of losing his job..etc. .. the next day when they went though his clothes..they found a "lottery ticket".. this man..& it's true.. didn't know that "he would win the lottery".. thus ending all of his troubles..!
How many times have we heard or read
"Isaiah 40:31"... "But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint"
The news people didn't say whether this man was a Christian or not... they just reported his death.. & was struck by his winnings...!
Don't give up on God.. He isn't finished with us yet..

I hope everybody is looking forward to a peaceful weekend and can enjoy some pretty weather along with it. I love the name of this group, worship and praise. We are admonished to worship Him, His majesty, His beauty, His power and His still small voice. No matter how you feel about the bailouts, ripoffs, stepovers etc just remember this AND THE GOVERNMENT SHALL BE ON HIS SHOULDERS. Yep gang He is not wringing His hands over what mere man does.

Put those thinking caps on; in your church is your praise and worship the contemporary music or a mix of the old hymns, which should not be forgetten. I love praise and worship music and am usually found singing with mouth wide open so everybody can hear. Let me hear from you guys. Hang on,IT BE FRIDAY....... God bless you all. Cay

Praying that you will see all the colors of our beautiful world through the prism of praise(and worship)!

(The video is a little fuzzy.. but the singing and the message is clear... the reason I have posted this is because (1) Our world is in such great turmoil.. (2) Christians are falling away... (3) Our family needs your prayers.. our son says that God has called him as he works for a company that goes all over our world.. some are dangerous places..even now.... I am greatful for God's promise to me many years ago.. & I'm a little "numb".. his wife & children are home & I know they need our prayers.. to have faith in God that he will return home soon... we know we will honor God's call on his heart.. bow before the Lord as His children & as our sons parents & brother, etc.
*please forgive me if I don't post a lot.. the area he is in.. is very hostile.. right now.. I can't allow myself to be upset.. & I know that God understands *a mother's heart..

With the tribulations coming up lately in the world,there has become a heaviness in my spirit about the world we live in. There are people that do not know HIM and I think the stage is being set for a one world government. God has this under control, but this world needs to be prayed for deeply. We know not the date or time, but as the fig tree showed its lack of fruit, this season is drawing to a close. Are we willing to intercede for humanity? I absolutely feel like sobbing over all this, all I can do is pray. Cay
