As I read all your posts, I see there is a definite need for legitimate opportunities you can do from home.

I do not want to sound like I'm advertising my business here. But I do need to say there are many legitimate home businesses out there, but they will all cost "something" and require a lot of work and diligence.

I hope I'm not discouraging anyone. But if there was something we could get into with no investment and it would make us a living, wouldn't we have heard about it by now? (smile)

I own a home business site and do consulting to help people find the home business that's a fit for them, based on their interests, financial situation, time availability, etc. I've also compiled a HOme Business Guide with so MANY legitimate opportunities. There are some that you can start up with no cost initially, but you will eventually need money to advertise and purchase some of the products for resale. It isn't a huge investment, but it will cost you something. Then again, I think most things worthwhile do.

I do charge for my consulting, but I need to make a living too! A minimal fee, but you will need to invest.

I am objective - not working for the companies I've researched, so I am truly there to help you find the right fit.

Hi everyone,
I just joined this group. I've read the messages you have all posted.

This is confirming my next endeavor - to reach baby boomer age people with legitimate home business opportunities.

At present, I do consulting/coaching to help people find the home business that is a fit for them, based on their interests, finances, time available, etc. I have researched MANY home businesses, and have only hung on to the ones that are legitimate.

I so agree that at this age, we still want to be busy, and more than just busy, to do something that adds meaning and purpose to our lives.

I hope I don't sound too much like an advertisement for myself. I was just so excited after coming upon this group:-)

I have compiled a Home Business Resource Guide (over 70 pgs.pdf file) with only legitimate opportunities and training resources in it.
