String of Thanks...
I'd like to propose to our group that we have a string of thanks and each of us can come and add, more than once what we are thankful for. Sometimes we take things for granted and may not even realize we are thankful for something until it strikes us. So, if I may be so bold as to begin with the first string here...

Opinion Mart pop-up...
Hi. I have pop-up blocker, but it seems every time I go to either read or post a message here, specifically on this group, I get a pop-up from "Opinion Mart." Is this happening to anyone else?

Was watching CNN this morning and they reported on a story in West Allis, I think it was, where a would-be bank robber was pounced on and stopped by another customer waiting in line. It was like WOWSER, the guy (and he wasn't a youngster either!) who stopped the would-be criminal seemed to fly over those ropes (that they put for long lines) and jumped on the guy's back...hope you get to see it.
and, BTW, I am just soooo amazed too by this completely marvelous weather. It has been beyond WONDERFUL!

Merc Union Votes No
Well, the union employees at Merc voted NO to the contract as proposed by the company. This means they will be leaving the city in 2-3 years. This will have a trickle down effect here of approx 6-8K jobs. It's a sad thing.
Read about it in the Fond du Lac Reporter if you are interested. Merc plans to move to Stillwater, OK. This is a very scary thing!

Sheboygan Art Museum
Hi. Don't know if you have visited the Sheboygan Art Museum, it is small but trendy and I loved the ladies restrooms. Each one was decorated differently but the main one captivated me. I'd have taken pics of the other stalls but, well, you know how busy ladies' rooms can be!
