Cheaper Than Lipo's Fall Fitness Challenge
I just wanted to give all of you a heads up regarding what we're up to in Cheaper Than Lipo. From September 22nd through December 21, we will be conducting our first annual Fall Challenge, where we will focus on establishing and reinforcing a healthy new habit of our choice, plus recording our fitness minutes and our weight loss goals and progress. PlatinumKimm and I have collaborated on a google spreadsheet where we will be recording our daily stats. Eons will be awarded swag to the highest point-getters.
