Virtual Horse Show
The horse lovers group is having a Virtual Horse Show. You do not have to belong to that group in order to enter. We have some fine horses here in the South. Lets get some entries in.
Virtual Horse Show
Individuals who are interested in submitting an entry can review the rules in the Horse Lovers Group. There is a sticky posted, entitled “Horse Show Rules.”
Entries are accepted beginning now through Friday, February 4, 2011. Permission to use the photo and any persons in it must be obtained. Contestants may enter up to five photos per class. Classes are limited to 50 entries. In case of duplicate submissions, the first photo submitted gets the entry.
Entries are submitted by PM to the registrar of each class. All classes are open to any member of Eons, except for the Horse Lovers Group class.
Virtual ribbons and/or trophies will be awarded to the winners of the first three places. All winners will be posted in Horse Lovers. In addition, each winner will receive a PM with their ribbon and/or trophy in it so they can post in any group they are in.
Virtual Horse Show Class List and Registrars
1) Lead Line (photos--small children in proper riding clothes and headgear, riding a horse or pony, being led by an older child or adult). PM your entry to WILDEAGLE.
2) Color Class (photos--horses with the most remarkable colors you can find (no fantasy, please). PM your entry to wiscountrydreams.
3) Liberty Class (videos--single horse running free, of no more than 3.30 minutes). PM your entries to Musiclover.
4) Driving Class (photos—single horse hitched to a horse drawn vehicle). PM your entries to drcate4.
5) Horse with a Rider Class (photos--one horse being ridden by one person. May be in riding apparel, costume or casual clothes.) PM your entries to Periwimkle.
6) Miniature Horse or Pony Breed Class (photos—single mini or pony) PM your entries to HavanoRanch.
7) Draft Horse Class (photos--BIG, heavy breed horses. May use mother/baby photos.) PM your entries to drcate4.
8) Horse and Person Class (photos—horses and people, not riding). PM your entries to Goldnfancy.
9) Horse and Animal Class (photos—horses and animals, riding if you want. [grin]). PM your entries to fgra.
10) Horse Lovers Group Class (photos—horses owned or formerly owned). PM your entries to drcate4.
11) Champion and Reserve Champion Class (entry is open only to photos that have won another class. Liberty Class winners not eligible.).
