I'm in, sort of
I mean I already eat a bowl of oatmeal every morning. I like raisens in mine and sometimes I add blueberries. I always add cinnamon. Dried dates in oatmeal is pretty good too. Actually almost any fruit taste terrific in oatmeal and it is good without any fruit at all.
The thing I like the most is it keeps me going all morning. Other breakfast don't last. I'm hungry in an hour or two but oatmeal takes me all the way to lunch.

YOU OAT TO KNOW
With Geri as our leader, we'll all be sporting happy hearts! I love good old-fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon and some fresh apple chunks or craisens .... perfect time of year to get back in the oatmeal habit ...thanks Geri !
Here I come
I'm in too.
It just seems too easy for someone who loves oatmeal in any fashion.
Whole grain oatmeal bread is my favorite and I eat a bowl of oatmeal every day. My favorite is Bob's Red Mill Scottish oatmeal, with a handful of dried cranberries thrown in, topped with cinnamon. Today I treated myself with a sprinkling of organic brown sugar. Yummy!

Start the challenge
Ok, I just visited the Quaker site and signed up for the challenge. Monday is the big day. I'm not much of an oatmeal eater (unless it is cookies) but the good news is as long as you eat a low fat diet and get 3g of soluble fiber from oats this will work. And they have many prducts with the oat fiber in them. I believe they have a list of foods on their web site. Good lick everyone.

Cholesteral
i'm interested in lowering cholesteral naturally. Are any of those supplements like plant sterols worth the time and money?
