Pending home sales jump 3.2%
Pending home sales rose in March for the second consecutive month and are up year over year. The Pending Home Sales Index from the National Association of Realtors showed a 3.2% gain to 84.6 from February, when it was 82. The index stands 1.6% higher than a year ago.

Hello fellow R.E. Professionals. I sold my 25 year retail service business 2 years ago and have been working as a full-time realtor since. I have been fortunate in our slow market to work with both buyers and sellers in both residential and comercial deals.
I have lived in south eastern Monmouth County (the Jersey Shore) for over 35 years. I would love to network with R.E. professionals throughout the country. I have always been amazed with the fact that people that live by the beach vacation inland and those that live inland head for the beach to relax! My area is abundant with vacation homes, waterfront properties, and seasonal rentals. In addition, we are located 1 1/2 hours from Philadelphia and about 1 1/4 hours from New York City.
