REO and BPOs
I am a new Realtor and my focus is REOs.. I am seeking advice on connecting with Asset Managers.
I have purchased several eBooks on line and have been reading blogs on the subject. My problem is how to get in the door of these asset managing companies. I'm a professional individual and have been working for many years. I have a degree in accounting and business and have a sales background as well as good computer skills, office managing, secretarial and bookkeeping. I have sold several of my own properties over the past 25 years and had a couple of rental properties in the1990s. I have a good knowledge of home construction and so does my two assistants. However, I don't have a lot of Real Estate experience and have never done a BPO, although one of my assistant has some experience doing BPOs. My concern is applying to these Bank Asset Managers... I believe my competition will probably be seasoned Realtors or at least people who have done some BPOs. I am troubled about how to prepare an appropriate introduction letter to make them interested in a newbie without looking like a newbie and even more important what specific questions do they usually ask when they are screening and interviewing a prospective applicant to do their Broker Price Opinions. I hope to gain listings this way and if there are any particular companies, contacts or advice that you would suggest or be willing to share it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great week. Joey

Power for the Sellers Agents
Keeping updated what is going selling in the area of your listing and keeping the sellers updated can help. Try calling the agents that sold the home and ask what might have appealed to the buyer that your listing did not offer.
This way when you do get those kind of phone calls from your sellers you are more prepared to answer their questions.

Real Estate is what we do.
Cohen & Company Creative is an agency very passionate about what we do –
creating impact, with attention getting print, broadcast , direct mail and Interactive advertising that gets people right between the eyes and ears. It's about winning their hearts and minds, and getting them to beat a path to what you've got to sell. And the people who make it all come together are what we're about. Pound for pound, mind for mind, you won't find a more experienced group of creative and marketing talents able to give you the results you want.

Commercial and Residential for Rent in NW Florida
Hello Group:
My name is Sara. I have lived in NW Florida for over 30 years. To be more specific, I live and work in the center of a busy commercial and tourist area.
I hold two inactive real estate licenses in Florida. I am probably a good connection for someone looking for honest information about this area, who has never been here. You may also communicate with me in English, Spanish and/or French as I speak, read and write fluently in all three languages and have some connections with speakers of German also.
I was drawn to this group today, because my family currently has two properties that are vacant and for rent. It might be a good deal for someone looking to relocate to this area and wanting to rent for the purpose of getting to know the area before making a real estate purchase.
We have a 2bdrm/2bth townhouse with a waterview that is unfurnished. We also have a commuercial office building which in centrally located, but just off the one of the main roads in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The office was used as a physician's office for many, many years. It provides spacious office space for professionals who would like to live and work close to home.
Please contact me if you are interested in discussing any of these subjects with me.
I prefer to communicate with adults who are willing to self-identify.
Thank you.
Have a great day...every day!

Sonoran Desert Sun "Real" estate
Rare winter sky day here in the Arizona desert reminds me that this is normal weather in most of the country. How are other Realtors faring in this slower market? Is there anyone out there dreaming of "standing on a corner in Winslow Arizona" or any corner in Arizona?
