Large tracts of land
I have heard there is a great market for nice homes( say 3500 and up square feet) on larger tracts of land ...say 900 acres for instance. Does anyone have any experience with this?
LOOKING FOR PARTNER / INVESTOR
I've been building on and off since the age of 12. Also professionally self-employed. Looking for partner to invest with, not just to buy land but for me to build and sell finished project. Have researched several locations which are ahead of the curve, great future growth potential in my view.
New to Group
Just retired and new to this EONS site. I have purchased property in GA and NV for future housing construction.
I have subdivided the NV land (47 acres)and have improvements on property and just getting ready to work on finding builders.
The GA land (6 acres) is in prime growth area. The land has not yet been subdivided but I have had city water and electricity brought to lot.
I plan on sundividing into 1.5 acre parcels and build 3 houses.

Florida's Panhandle
I marvel at the pictures of the proposed new international air port planned for Panama City Beach, Florida as I prepare to close loans on a few preconstruction properties I purchased in this market.
The new airport's proposed all glass enclosed 21st century look is certainly appealing. I remember as a kid visiting the area and my dad saying he wished he could purchase something in this area ... and as we all know hind site is 20/20.
I purchased several beach front condo units in this market a few years back and have since resold several for a handsome profit. I am also in the process of closing on a few units that I plan on holding for a few years.
