High Old Tokers!

Below are several useful links. In particular, the link to NORML's "Contact Officials" page is especially important, where you can engage in the "politics of pot." I encourage every OT member to take 5 minutes, go to your respective state's "Contact Officials" page and support any pro-pot legislation moving through (or stagnating in!) your state congress. You don't have to be dressed or get in your car, and you can definitely be stoned while you do it!

The other links include medical marijuana sites, activist sites, and a couple of vaporizer sites. Please note, I'm NOT advocating ANY particular brand or type of vaporizer, I just think these are good sources for "vaps." And, no, I don't have ANY personal experience with vaporization, as I still smoke joints, with no respiratory problems. But they are THE WAY to go if you want to inhale ONLY THC, and eliminate all tars and toxins. Even folks with asthma, and other breathing issues, can smoke pot via vaps. The last thing I'll say about them is they now come in a small pipe-style, completely portable...and your stash will go farther because vaps use smaller amounts of pot MORE EFFICIENTLY, extracting and delivering ALL of the THC content.

Speaking of health, some of the links are to scientific/medical sites where you can examine the more than 17,000 researched studies around the world showing marijuana's great healing and anti-cancer effects. Some of the most promising cannabis therapy is with brain, breast, and even LUNG cancer patients! Stay Aware, Stay Healthy, Stay High and Peace!

Well, we never thought we'd see the day, but it's finally happened.

Whatcha u'all think about the medical pot card ?. I tried to look here in past posts but didnt see anything about it. So I thought I'd throw this out here. At first i thought that i was not gonna give the information to b put on a "list" but i'm looking at it as a get outta jail free card. Any1 have any inpit ? I live in Az. and @ my old age dont want any *shiznet

A day after Whitney Houston’s unexpected death, singer Tony Bennett, music icon and winner of 17 Grammy Awards, paid tribute to the award-winning star at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party. He took this opportunity not only to honor her life and accomplishments and sing a song in her memory, but also to advocate for the legalization of drugs.



In spite of the fact that there is speculation that Houston’s death was drug-related, given her history with drug use (including marijuana), Bennett bravely spoke up about what so many already know: the war on drugs is a failure and is more harmful to society than the drugs themselves. For marijuana offenses alone, there were over 850,000 arrests in 2010, and 88% of those were for simple possession.

Watch this video of Tony Bennett speaking up for change. He gets it, and he had the courage to say so.

I am doing a grow with bag seeds. I have 2, possibly 3, different strains judging by what I am seeing. My question is about the 2 different type of buds going on in there. Two of the plants look exactly the same. The one that is different I think is a Sativa. And the other 2 are Indica I believe. The 2 Indicas has some purple color on the branches. I think this is most likely normal and nothing to worry about. I know nobody can tell me what strain these are. What I am asking for are some comments on the different bud appearance. I don't have a good loop but when I look at the buds with the magnifying glass I do have the trics on the one I am calling Sativa are about ½ the size of the trics on the 2 I am calling Indica. Anyone have an observation from their past experience they could share. I will upload pics in a reply. I think that is the way Alison wants things. Tnx mike
