Let's hope with Clemens at qb to start the season and Thomas Jones being used more often and Jon Vilma back on defense and David Harris with a yr under his belt, the Jets will be a contender for the Super Bowl!

I admire Chad Pennington. However, his abilities will never take the Jets to the Super Bowl. He had his chances...it is now time to move on. Mangini must go with Clemons from now on. I said this three games ago. At 1 and 6 the playoffs are out of reach. Give the new kid a chance to get his experience. It will pay off in the future.
I have been a fan of the Jets since I was old enough to understand what football was all about. I remember watching the old AFL games on Sunday with my dad and brothers and sister rooting the Jets on. Since 1969 it has been very trying on the soul to cheer for the Jets. Like a true fan, though, I remain hopeful they will win another Super Bowl before I make my exit from this world.
