The Oak Ridge Boys
Hi, My name is Susan, and I have started a petition to get The Oak Ridge Boys new songs played on the RADIO!! As sadly many stations do not want to play their new songs. You may view and sign my petition at: view link please send it along to all your family and friends I am trying to get ONE MILLION or MORE signatures before I pass it on to the radio stations Thanks for your help!
I love smooooth jazz!!!
I’m a Californian and my station is “94.7 The Wave” I love smooth jazz I’m not an artist in fact I really know very little about music. But when I hear a saxophone I can only express it as being one of the truest and purest sounds I’ve ever heard. So obviously I prefer instrumentals. Although there are some artists that make me feel that way Bonnie Riatt (unsure of the spelling) is one that comes to mind.
Back for now at least!
Having my PC looked at and fixed, buying it some more RAM--I think I can stay in Eons now. Had to eliminate a few groups but not this one, for sure!
Any way folks can think of, to get this group more active? Or is there a very similar but not huge one instead? Me, I still wanna set up a Celtic-and-Eclectic World music group, if only I can find out how to do so! Well, maybe some day.

I wanted to stay here but...
Eons appears to be messing up my computer. PC goes into shop tomorrow, but I wanted to let you know I may have to permanently delete my account, so if I disappear, at least you'll know why.

No longer performing but still play
I'm just here to connect with other musicians, even though I don't play like I used to. Only 'professional' work was symphonic (viola) but my heart's always been in folk music, particularly Celtic and 'Americana'! Before my pinky fingers got a bit goofed up from RA I still played piano a lot; now it's just singing, guitar and dulcimer when I feel up to it. I sure do listen a lot though...go to a few concerts and have an extensive library of LPs, tapes, and CDs! Oh--I used to write songs as well, never managed to record any of them though.

Vocalist - Needs Job
Hi Everyone,
My son just graduated from college with a degree in musical performance. He has done a few summer theater productions, but now wants something a little more permanent. His favorite genre is Broadway musicals, however, he has been told that he has an opera voice. Any and all suggestions for how he should get started will be appreciated.

Where is everybody?
Hi!
I just joined - came to this area and it seems there's nobody here!!! Oh well, maybe later?
I'm a musician, based in the Southern California area - if you want a good laugh at an "oldster/hippy woman" who still hasn't figured out her age (smile), then you might like to visit me at my web site (I hope this is oK??) view link
There's also a site for our band which is view link
Music is my "youth drug" (or so at least I'm telling myself) of choice!
