Hello all. Does anyone know whether you can "mix" vitamins (keeping within daily dose allowances) if you take multiple vitamins? Right now I'm taking about 15 pills a day, none are Rx, but am starting to wonder if I'm doing myself any harm. Vitamins include: B complex, C, E, L-carnitine, Glucosamine/Condroitin, Niacin, Red Yeast Rice, Omega=3 (all for cholesterol, which is high), black cohosh, and a few others... THanks!
