I am going to court tomorrow to testify against the little bast--- who broke into my house and stole all the jewelry that Randy ever bought me, including our original wedding rings, tennis bracelets, diamond earrings, all kinds of nice stuff, after 19 years of Birthdays, anniversaries and Valentine's days add up, But he is up for breaking and entering not only my house but a lot more and for beating up his exgirlfriend, that's the only one they say will keep him in CYA til he's at lest 25, the want to try him as a juvenile even tho he is 17, I suggested Folsom, I will make sure he is never save in the shower again. He deserves it, I don't care about the computer, all my cameras and the 12 packs of cokes I had in the fridge but to steal everything that Randy ever bought me has to be the lowest. Anyway will let you know what happens tomorrow hopefully if I find out tomorrow. well I'm back from court actually not even court, just spoke with the DA she said that the little creep's attorney called and said he had a family emergency, wouldn't you know it, I take off from work and hope this will get going but no, they postponed it til whenever, so that means after I get back from my cruise I am going to have to go to court again. Figures, but at least she says he's not going anywhere, I did find out that the way they caught him was that he was doing another burglary and they caught him red handed and it's not his first time either, so he's going to do time, just a question of where, juvie or adult, hopefully it's adult, he has a long record so I have a feeling he's going away for quite a while. I just pray that he gets what's coming to him. CC
