A friend of mine started this on her FB page. I thought I'd try it here.
1)Choose a book near at hand.Don't go searching for an impressive/deep book just one at hand.
2) Turn to p.56
3) Count down to the 6th sentence and share it with us.

Hummingbirds
In June I had a guest on my radio show who discussed Hummingbirds. These fascinating beauties are native to the United States.
Since that show several listeners have kept in touch with me about their summer experiences with Hummers. Hummingbirds often remember and return to former areas to feed.
Some folks have reported seeing fewer Hummers than usual this year. I've been asked to check with others and see if this is true with others.
Of course August is the month when we in the SE will see the most as they prepare to migrate farther South.

Remembering Dominick Dunn
I admired Dominick Dunn and his work to raise Victim awareness. I have read a number of his books , followed his Vanity Fare column, and watched his programs on TRU tv.
