Beautiful Fall/October Day.....
wait, it's NOVEMBER!??! Our October was horrible, but so far November has been very nice.....today it may reach 78 with just a light wind....will be a nice day for me to try and "winterize the park" - since the young "park sup" isn't getting it done!!
Spent all of yesterday at the school with a fundraiser....12 hour day was almost too much.....but I feel refreshed this AM and with a full cup of java, ready to head outdoors.....hope you all have a great day and I'll look for you later....TC

I pray you all have a a wonderful weekend! We are having warm weather still and I would sure like to see some rain come our way.Hubby will be off golfing this morning and I plan on just having a quiet day, all the house work is done so a good book is in my future...God Bless you all and wear a smile today!

Sandwich fixings!
In one of Falcon messages he mentioned a fried baloney and egg sandwich. That brought back memories of days gone by! I hadn't had one of those for many years. So, my question this early morning is..What's yours?.:DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE DIFFERENT SANWICH?"
Mine is peanut butter and sweet pickles! In Indiana where I was raised I used a candied pickle slice. I have not found those here in AZ. so I use small sweet Gerkins....YUMMY!

Extra Busy Week...
and not able to stop by much....hope all of you are doing well in health and spirit....I'm actually doing well, even with a couple "issues" still unresolved.....glad to see Friday arrive, but will be happier to visit with you all on Sunday before heading to the park for possibly the last time this year....
Need to finish my EONS visit so I can catch the evening news....want to see if there are any new details concernig the shooting at Fort Hood in Texas....such a sad situation....

Yummy! Cookies Next?
It is coffee time and mine is ready...thank you all for the sandwich ideas...I shall have to give some of them a try!With the holiday season upon us, what are your favorite holiday pies and goodies? I love mince meat pie. I don't make them because none of my family liked them.But, this year I am going to put a spoonful in my favorite sugar cookie and put another on top and bake it...I usually fill cookies with strawberry and apricot preserves put another cookie on top, sprinkle with sugar and bake...I add nutmeg to my cookie dough. Wish I had a few to dunk in my coffee! :-)I also make peanut butter fudge for each of the families. By the time the holidays are over I don't want to smell or eat peanutbutter for a couple of months.

I had a busy day doing errands. I feel has if I've been all over the place.. I has to get a new cell phone. So annoying. Some normal errands like post office and library. Staples for paper and some clothes shopping. I did to much now I'm tired and must cook dinner. Something simple though I'm not nuts. I already see rest coming my way.
