What is your favorite Thanksgiving meal?

Does your family serve the traditional fare (turkey & trimmings) on Thanksgiving or do you have another favorite? When I host the dinner, I always have ham & turkey both. I brine the turkey (which is alot of extra work) which tastes so moist & wonderful!~ Do you have any family favorites? (My family loves trifle for dessert in addition to the various pies). Share your favorites with us!~ Hope everyone enjoys their day. :}
