Yeah, I'm REAL behind on my emails. Just found 2 from the Tub and the one from COPS who said he was home. Are you really? when? How are you? Let us know when you feel better and rested.
I'm not sure how to either or I'd help you. when I did mine someone walked me thru it. I know you can go to photobucket for some of these pics OR you can use a real one or yourself like the rest of us did so we can see your smiling face.
Thanks, Skeeter. yes, rest is what the doctor ordered, but too busy to sit around. I think I might later though after a few errands and I need to see if I can get into see a doctor this week. Yikes!
So glad you are better. You sound wonderful and so does your self esteem. I'm delighted to have you back. Take it slow on those machines and it will come in time. We're behind you if you need a support system.

I would like to REMOVE the Tub Couple photo I am currently using as my avatar from the display of Tub photos at the bottom of the page. But I am new here and don't know how.
Betsy I am so sorry about your cold. Being sick like that--or the flu--is heck on earth so far as I am concerned. I see that Lori has taken to opening certain door handles w/ a tissue; of course she works w/ students all day and needs to be extra careful. Anyway, pamper yourself betsy in every way possible and get well soon.
mlo, this is the Tub, a communal effort. i know we all appreciate any time you are ever able to put in here, in every way. The new Eons layout has made it more difficult to uphold our Tub Sequential Post Tradition (TSPT), but I am back as just a participant and happy to work in the ancient way.
I am off today. Wow. Also did my first 0:40 treadmill yesterday, back again today. Caution ahead: my self-esteem expands in reverse relation to my waistline. (As the latter shrinks the former swells.)
mlo, i am sticking to cardio for now, as cardio is what my dr. ordered. i would like to move back into some strength moves but my right hand needs bracing, and so does the elbow. I will get there soon enough, and also must remember to do toe-lifts for my calves and feet, which tend to cramp at odd times.

I can identify with this end of the year stuff and I'm trying really hard not to procrastinate as I usually do and get it done so I can start this New Year right.
FYI, Lizzy hasn't been teaching for awhile except to tutor. She's our little "Donna Reed". LOL!
talked to Oldiessinger (DaddyO) last night. He's in Boston and will be back on the air Thursday. I asked if he was with Lizzy and he said no, but not sure I believe him. HAHA.

Skeeter - In order to help make our front page more current - I added a message to the photo. If you want to modify some of the text - remove my "reply" message - that would be great.
I'm "in the weeds" as they say in the restaurant biz - end of year, etc...so posting may have to go on the back burner or save for weekends.

glad the new schedule is working for you. one of my jobs works with me on my hours and let's me sort of come and go as I please so I can work on another business I'm startng. So, it feels good to have them work with you I know.
Now, I just have to get over a nasty cold that started a couple days ago.
