I'm new to the group. Any invetors out there that can give me advice on how to proceed with commercialization of inventions? I have plenty of ideas that I think will succeed. I need to learn more about the process before proceeding. I generally know about patents from reading the US Patent Office website and talking briefly to some local patent attorneys.
After graduating from college in 1999 I became a Financial Adviser and retire from that career in 2001 after my daughter was born. It was an excellent experience and also profitable, but I wanted to have the independence that we all want to achieve.
So I embarked in small business ventures. I asked myself: How do wealthy individuals enjoy business opportunities less wealthy ones don't? Well, it is not only that they have money, but also that they pull their money together with other investors in order to participate in business opportunities.
Then I asked myself: Why can't it be the same for Small Business Investors? Well, it is possible. Small Business Entrepreneurs should unite in order raise the funds necessary to invest in small businesses. The same way there are business opportunities for the wealthy, there are for small business investors. Only that financing becomes very difficult for the small entrepreneur. Therefore, The Small Business Entrepreneur should pull their funds together and take part in the opportunities that are available.

Although we're only 6 weeks old, Dean and Deluca wants to carry our vegan foods. In fact, one of their consultants says that ours "is the best vegan food he has ever tasted." Whole Foods is also interested in carrying our foods. We need investors to help us get to both of them, as well as specialty grocery stores nationwide.
