It's raining here.
Been working on a surreal pencil drawing, have 2 commissions, a logo and finally my little sign business is picking up. Which has gone down half from last year. But that's ok, I am slowly getting my money back that I lost in the stock market last year. I day trade....that's why I haven't been drawing as much.
Must be raining all over the country...maybe that's why there's been no posting.

Some of my best and funniest moments here on eons have been with Gary "Clabo". He's been an inspiration and a good virtual friend now for over 3 years. And an amazing talented man he is in many ways.

Michael Jackson
I remember Sherry & I watching Michael Jackson on TV the first time he grabbed him self you know where. Up until that day, I was his biggest fan. I distinctly remember standing up in disgust saying to Sherry, "that's the end of Michael Jackson". Soon there after, Madona started grabbing her crotch, MTV got SICK SICK SICK, and never to this day has it made a come back. To me the day MJ grabed his crotch was like taking prayer out of the schools. Yes, I loved his music but he sure changed thing more than you realize.

One of Those Mornings
This am I got up to 2 voice mails from my brothers. Mom fell and is in hospital but is ok and going home today.
I had poured a bowl of cereal and called my brothers back...during this time, I walked out the front door to have a smoke and there were little doggy turdlets all across the floor by the entrance. To punish my wife, I opened the door and smushed the turdlets into the carpet. I came back in and the one cat was licking my cereal and the other cat was crying to come in the house. The neighborhood kid who feeds the horses for Sherry on weekends was blasting music on the radio.
I immediatly left Sherry a note that I escaped to my office.

Manic Monday
Here we are starting the week with a losey economy, windy weather and personally a 3 week slump in drawing. Am working on 2 commissions but slowly. And eons browsing is slowing so much mechanically that it's not the pleasure it used to be.

Don visited me at my office today on his way back from visiting his son in TX. What a sweet man he is. Looks better in person. Anyway, we both took pictures of us together. I tried to post mine but it didn't post. Then eons to a time out so I couldn't try it again. Maybe Don will have better luck.
Maybe we should start thinking or search for a new venue for posting & talking or get this one fixed soon.

At the office today printing the sports posters for my son's new sports bar. Won't open till next month. TACB is mighty slow. Have a few sign jobs and still working on 2 watercolor comissions.

New work
I finally took the water color framed prints to the library last week. (A grant for 6 local icon buildings). This week I got 2 more water color commissions of icon buildings and sold one complete set of the framed prints at $45 each. I make the prints and frame them .

It's nice to send stuff you like to other people...like jokes, photos, prayers, stories, etc. I rarely do it. But please, if you have my name on your email list take it off. I've had some very bad & nasty, shocker images from some very nice people. One especially that I can't get out of my mind now after 2 years. If I choose to see all that crap, I'll go to u-tube and I don't.
