will I ever be forgiven
my job has issued me a lap top that weighs 8lbs and expects me to carry it in my visiting nurses bag,so I added them and as I got to to the bottom of the stairs strap broke about an inch from my sleeping very soundly dog well 4 days later she as yet to forgive me.I asked the family member who usually feeds her to let me do it till we make up. she sticks her nose in it and walks away til I leave. I know cats hold grudges but this is the first time I experienced it from this usually kissy faced dog, any suggestions
Brenna's Eye
Does anyone know what would cause a dog's eye to sink in and the pupil not to return to normal when a light is shone in it. My Lab, Brenna, right eye has done this. The pupil stays small. It goes smaller when a light is shone in her eye but it isn't staying the same as her left eye.
I took her to the vet today. There were a lot of tests done and there was talk of bronchitis and arthritis. Dr. doesn't seem to know for sure about Brenna's eye though. Brenna was given 2 x-rays, all kinds of blood tests including Heartworm and Lyme disease, which came back negative...thank goodness!
If anyone has had this happen to their pets eye be it dog or cat, I would appreciate any thoughts and advice that you have or if you know what has cause something like this to happen to someone else's pet.
Thank you for any thoughts and advice.

Puppies
My son found two puppies in a ditch today. He called and asked what to do as there was no one around. I said bring them home. They are two girls and just fur balls about 2 mo. old. They are Chow Chows. Why would some one leave these little gals out there? Wondering if they were dropped off cause it is a deserted area with only a couple homes around and not close to where they were found. If no one claims them I already found good homes for them. Sad when people just throw them away.
