Diagnosed 11 or so years ago. Going through a rough patch with being unable to get my counts below 240 now. I was in an accident at work that caused 2 knee surgeries and one shoulder surgery so looootttttts of exercise ability lost over last 3 years. Dr. just added a THIRD medication yesterday. Good gosh it's tough getting old and swallowing pills day in and day out!
