Coaltepec, Veracruz
Since I ran out of my beans from my roaster in Ensenada (and here I am 2000 miles away in Monterrey Nuevo Leòn), I got my hands on some Coaltepec (region grown) beans from Vera Cruz. This bean is good when mixed with another bean, but on its own, it just doesn't have the flavor. Still, it will do for now.
