proposed property tax notices...
did anyone else in brevard county get their 2008 notice yet?...i'm confused...surprise... :)...
why did market values go down...but our assessed values went up?...i thought we were looking at a property tax break...happened on my house...and my mom's...
in one case the market value dropped 9%...but the assessed value went up 18%...which means almost $300 more in taxes...plus i got another notice today about a meeting to discuss another possible assessment for unincorporated areas for fire control(?)...and it was almost another $250 if that goes through...
if this keeps up i'm going to have to give up all my glamorous vacations...ha!... :)...
