I want to thank all of you for joining BBBW and I hope you meet beautiful women that you can relate to about being big, black and beautiful. Think aboout it, even a dog want more than a bone to gnaw on. If you don't like your size you can do something about it, if you aren't comfortable with it. The most important thing is to love yourself from the inside out, and know that God made you and you are a beautiful women. So hold your head high and be proud of who you are because God don't make trash, he only make beautiful worth while things and we are all worthwhile.

We are indeed blessed to have jesus to love us enough to give his life, so we could eternal life. So when Easter comes and you got enough to eat and a roof over your head count yourself blessed. I'mBig,Black and beautiful but 15 pounds lighter"
Hello my BBBw's,this is LadyFaye and I have not been here a lot but that's going to change. I been on a month's vacation but I have also joined a gym and have lost about 15 pounds and you know what, it feels really wonderful and I'm a little lighter on my feet. I came to the realization that big is beautiful but if you want to be healthier you can do some things to help you obtain that goal. so I go to the senior center atleast four days a week. I do one hour aerobic and go to the gym for 30 minutes and I enjoy it because I'm doing it with a lot of other ladies. exercise is always better if you're doing with someone else. if any of you have felt the need to lose a few pound please tell us about it and be proud of your self for making a step forward.
