actually have just tried mositerizer and conditoner for the first time. Found this group and was wondering a bit. I can definitely see how how much smarter women are now...i had no idea about feminine hygeine products till recently. Girls do have it better lol!
Hurrah to OVATION!
I had heard many radio commercials about the "wonders" of the 'OVATION CELL THERAPY" treatment but was very sceptical! Then a friend of mine who had received chemotherapy was using it and lo and behold, her hair started growing back! Well, nothing lost, nothing gained, I ordered the OVATION treatment for myself and it's true what they claim in the commercials! My hair, which is baby fine, looks much fuller and shinier and has even grown within one month! I couldn't belive it but it's true!
Diet help...
Have any of you girls tried any sort of diet supplements to help you lose weight? I know there is a lot out there and some of the supplements look impressive if used with a low cal diet. Some are formulated for 50+ that target the stomach fat.
I know that there is no magic pill and that reducing caloric intake and increase activity is the real answer...but it would be nice to get a little help.

Just wanted to tell you all that since I started to use REGENERIST MICROSCULPTING CREAM at night, my skin has never looked better! I was visiting San Diego for the holidays and while at the beach with my grandkids, a lady came to me, asking what I was using "on my face" because she said that my skin was "so flawless and smooth looking". I'm in my 60's and I must say that part of that is due to my good Scandinavian genes and the fact that I never smoked and stayed out of the sun. However, the REGENERIST has made a big difference in tightening my skin!
What is the best blusher for rosacea?
Right now I use a powder blusher, just not too much of it as I don't want to make the rosacea worse.

Take a look at Environmental Working Group site (EGW). They bug you for support and donations but they do have good info about the chemicals in products you use.
