Back Pain
I recently purchased this machine called Back2Life which is for those suffering lower back pain from any disorder. The machine gives passive movement to the lower back and after just a few sessions one it I find it is helpful. I've been seeing a Chiro every 3 weeks for the same kind of treatment - passive movement. His machine is a little different but basicly it does the same thing. It cost $199 plus tax. If anyone's interested their phone is 1-800-338-2190. I saw their video commercial on TV - it comes on a CD - perhaps if you asked, they would send it beforehand so you could see how it works. You just lay on the floor and put your knees up on the thing and turn it on - it rotates in an oval kind of motion which opens the spinal area up for blood flow - the blood flow takes the pain away.

How can I refuse the invitation! At first I thought this group was only for those from Missouri! I'm from PA and arthritis and backaches live here too! Right now I'm pretty comfy - I went to pain management early April and received prednisone injections in my lower spinal facets where all the pain stems from - it did the job for now. I have an ongoing problem - L3,4,5 vertebraes and discs are bad and my whole lower spine is deteriorating. Don't know what I'm in for later but I'm enjoying these pain free days - they are few and far between. The best medicine I've found is to get lost in my work - cardmaking.
