I found this book when i was cleanning out some old stuff.
its title is The Doctors book of Home Remedies,there are 22 of them for all kinds of Arthritis.I will post a new remedied as offten as i can. maybe there is one that will help you.

ALCiS
Good Evening everyone,
Does anyone know where I can find a more affordable price for the cream called "ALCiS"? I have osteroarthritis, the doctors ran so many tests & x-rays on me, they finally sent me to NIH, the absolute best for extensive x-rays because they know it is very unusual for me to complain about pain!
TWO doctors recommended the "ALCiS" cream & although the instructions say relief starts in five minutes, for me the relief was instant! On contant! I was so surprised! The down side, $20 for two oz.; some places charge $50 for
4 oz. I know you are all pulling up the website right now to pull up the cream I am referring to; now that you have the ALCiS site on your screen(s), see what I mean?
Walgreen has the least expensive, $20 for 2 oz. (OUCH!) & a $2 off coupon or something, but that is still rather pricy!
Are there any pharmacists out there who can give me a better deal on an ongoing, monthly basis, please?
We are "family" so help me out here!
The pain, at one point, became so bad I started using Orjel for relief but my best friend, a nurse of 37 years, said it's not a good idea to get use to benzocaine like that.
In case you are thinking about suggesting other creams, I have tried them all: Ben-Gay, Aspercreme, Sportscreame, Myoflex, you name it & I have already tried it!
Whoever knows where I find a more affordable price for "ALCiS", so that I can get it on a monthly basis & keep an ongoing supply, I would be most appreciative, this is the best I have found & the minute it touched my skin, I breathed a sigh of relief!
I look forward to all of your replies, I know at least some of you have information and/or suggestions for me!

Doctor's Appt. Yesterday
went for a check up yesterday.everything is doing good.
i'm to stay on my same med's for my arthritis.
i have lost 6 pounds,helped the arthritis among other things.
my finger's are stiff and hurting today.
