Yes I will watch the Olympics. I think it would have been wrong to snub China despite it's brutal repression of human rights. You can't solve problems simply by ignoring those whose tactics and policies you find repulsive. Excluding China's participation in the Olympics would only serve to further alienate it from the world community. We need to keep the lines of communication open if we hope to convince the Chinese that granting full human rights to their citizens and freedom to the people of Tibet is in their best interest.

Having the Olympics in China has at least brought world attention to focus on its lack of respect for human rights and its brutal treatment of the people of Tibet.
