Who sold that crackpot a shotgun? They should be chasing a jail term also. Gun laws in my opinion are just too slack in the Good 'Ol USA. Maybe he didn't break any laws selling him that gun but if ownership was tightened up a bit it would be a safer place to live for everyone. Just my opinion.

Well joy the over whelming opinion here is that guns don't kill people, people kill people. Guns are usually innocent bystanders that get a bum wrap.
That law abiding citizens such as this guy have a right to own guns to protect themselves from the bad guys. Which is him now. So basically he had the right to protect himself from himself.
