When I read your first link it seemed a little sad but the second link seemed to counter what you said in the first. I do not have sound on this computer so perhaps the second link said something that connected the two? I use a board where I post my favorite memories and saying along with my future in picture form. It we can not see it then it is less possible that we will recognize it if it happens. Live the moments and make them as special as they are! Love, laughter and beauty to you,

I know about working jobs and never feeling quite content at them, I guess that is normal 'though for most people. My dream is to own my own clothing thrift store business, but even if I was working, which I am not at present, I just would not have enough money to cover the loan I would have to take out to do this, plus, I would need to get an investor, so I guess the only thing I can do for my dream, is to buy wholesale and sell clothes on eBay, but....it wouldn't be the same. I wouldn't get that fulfilled feeling from doing it that way. I would rather be working for myself, have my own business.

My bf also wants a different job, his dream is landscaping, we don't have money for a truck or lawnmowers etc. so that is on hold. Not sure if he will ever do it, but when I find a job and save enough money, I will support him in his dream if that is what he chooses and help him financially if needed.

I wish everyone luck in their job search!
Just keep the faith, keep your chin up, don't let any employer make you feel less of a person just because they got rid of your job or decided to fire you even 'though you did a good job. Those people are not worth worrying about, you are a very important person, just remember that and also remember that whatever you put your mind to doing, you CAN do it. A positive attitude will get you far in life.

luneib, have you ever considered getting a job in a thrift store or volunteering in one so you can see how they work? It's good training for learning to run a thrift store of your own one day. If you really want to do it, contact area churches to see if they'd like to set one up as a fundraiser and volunteer to run it or even area nonprofits.

There are many ways to follow our dreams and you just need to jump in and do something in the direction you want to go in.
