Here at Eons, we really value all the activity of our Members every day. We recognize that blogging, starting groups, growing groups, running contests, and posting insightful comments is what makes Eons the really cool place it is. To show our love, we choose 10 Eons Members each week and send them some Eons goodies. We send to Members who have been nominated by a friend, Members who have nominated themselves or, well, we know who you are!

What goodies, you ask? "Appreciation Swag"—goodies with an Eons logo. You never know what will be in the swag package—maybe an Eons hat, a mug, a t-shirt, a mousepad, a bumpersticker. It changes all the time. We also include a stack of "Join Eons" cards in the package for Members that want to share the Eons experience.

How to nominate someone for Appreciation Swag
Send your nominee's screen name or nominate yourself in an email to eonslovesyou@eons.com. Nominees will then go into the "Appreciated Members Queue."

Sending your shipping info
If you're nominated, you'll get Suzy's "You've Been Nominated" email in which she asks for the address where you want the swag shipped. Just "reply" to her email (suzy@eons.com). If you've nominated yourself, just put your address in the nomination email and send it to us. We will only use the addresses for the purpose of sending out the swag, not for any other reason, promise.

Appreciated Members Queue
We send out 10 swag packages a week—and have a lot of people who have been nominated and are truly appreciated, so it may take a while. In the meantime, you can let them know you nominated them—it will make them feel really good and also explain why Suzy's asking for their address.

Who's Already Been Swagged with Appreciation?
Also... we've posted the "Latest Swagged List" file (go to the "files" tab above), so you can see who's already been swagged. If someone you appreciate has already been swagged, send them a PM or post letting them know that you appreciate them, too! (Note: This lists only people to whom swag has already been shipped, not the nominees. Once the package goes in the mail, their names go on this list.)

We love reading both the nominations and the responses to the nominations—people are always so surprised that someone nominated them. Just goes to show how special they are, right?
