CastawayCove

On the Ocean City Boardwalk are many indoor amusement park rides. One I remember is castawayCove. It is down around the area of the boardwalk where fifty or fourth street is. (If my memory is working correctly). Anyway I have never seen an indoor amusement park anywhere else in my travels. Only in Jersey and only on the boardwalk. How thrilling to know that even if it rains the kids or teens dating can still have the same fun riding the rides.

What are your favorite boardwalk amusement parks? Have you ever seen one in another state that is completely indoors like our boardwalk ones?
Share a memory or two with us.

I was in Ireland and there was one inside a mall. Not with major roller coasters, but plenty of rides. Anyway, castawy cove is no longer, I believe it is Playland Park now and the rides are mostly inside with openings at either end.

I haven't been there but I've read the 'Mall of America' in Minnesota I believe has an indoor amusement park and rather large.

I liked Great Adventure in my younger years & loved the Run Away Train & Rolling Thunder, 2 types of Roller Coasters. But don't give me any of those going upside down ones!!!! I like log flumes & the other rafting rides which I think is Rolling or Roaring Rapids.

Our timeshare in Virginia has an indoor waterpark which is pretty good. Lots of games to play also where you can win prizes.

But the all time favorite boardwalk amusement parks were in Wildwood. Good rides, great beach & good foods.
