I am too busy living to worry about those things I guess. I do have 'things' in place should something happen to me, so my children are not burdened with taking care of me. Other than that, I let nature take its course. I don't have any health issues (other than JRA which I won't let rule my life) and I don't take a bunch of pills as I believe in a pure body that God gave me (although I do have a drink on occasion LOL).
I guess I feel there are too many other things to worry about that I don't give much thought to the things I cannot control.

Oh yes, and to add another comment LOL -- if I die in the arms of my lover from a heart attack after wonderful sex, then all I can say is "What a way to go!"

Well already having had a heart attack when I was way to young to have worried about such a thing I know exercise a minimum of one hour each day and I lost 25 pounds. I have completely eliminated hydrogenated oils from my diet and eat fish at least three times a day. I also read more food packaging then I do current events. (oh yes and I have sex every day)
yeah right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yeah right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not really ... my blood pressure is under control, I don't eat red meat (veggie burgers), I love fish and occasionally chicken. I eat broccoli/rice with low-fat cheese, and I make sure I eat Oatmeal and drink water. I drink green tea, apple and orange juice, and I stay mostly away from sweets (unless they are fat-free or sugar free.)
I've had 2 heart attacks and open heart surgery and take a lot of pills I don't worry about a heart attack but a stroke yes I have a very close friend in a nursing home all he can move is his right arm as a result of a stroke my Father died of a heart attack he was gone in less than a minute I hope I do the same
My mother died in her sleep of a heart attack, she was 71. It was a beautiful way to go - very fast and simple. She had high blood pressure for years and was on BP meds since she was 45. She also was under a lot of stress and was a closet smoker. I miss her but envy her death. It was much better than lingering on.
