Welcome to Fine Cheeses and Wines
I work for one of the nation's largest grocery chains and very recently was promoted to a new position of "Cheese Steward"; working in a "kiosk" that features specialty and high-end cheeses. We work closely with the Wine Stewards.
I am learning through classes and self-study about cheeses from around the world and thought it would be fun to share my new adventure with my eons' friends who can also share their favorite cheeses and wines.
